We Started Gullinn Kürt Because the Market Was Going the Wrong Direction.

We were traveling through Europe — moving through cafés, markets, and small shops — when it hit us. The food and drinks there were just different. A sip of hot chocolate in Hungary. The snap of chocolate in Germany. A bite of something in Iceland that stopped us mid-step. Every country had its own version of decadence — built on real ingredients and an absolute refusal to cut corners.

We came home to Utah and found the opposite. Corn syrup. Artificial flavoring. Cocoa as the fourth ingredient. And it's been getting worse, not better — as cocoa prices rise, the shortcuts multiply.
